Your entry ticket gets you access to the event venue where you can meet our special guests, browse trade stalls and activities. You can meet and chat to the guests for free but if you want an autograph or selfie this will have an additional cost. Some activities are included in the event ticket whilst others will require a small additional charge.
Yes you can although the venues have attendance number limitations. Therefore we always recommend buying your entry ticket in advance to guarantee entry.

For Oak Leaf Sports Complex there is ample free parking at the venue with a number of disabled parking bays which are available on a first come first served basis. Should the car park be full there is also overflow car parking on the field behind the complex.

For Oak Leaf Sports Complex the nearest railway station is Newton Aycliffe which is only a 5 minute walk away from the venue.

Of course, you can take some time to chat with guests. There is no requirement to purchase either autographs or selfies.
We work with the venue managers to ensure the venues we use are accessible for wheelchair users. We also offer a free carer pass. You can apply for this under ‘Event Info’ – ‘Accessibility’.
Your entry ticket covers your access to the event venue where the guests, traders and activities are, and to the Q&A panels room (venue dependent). It does not cover obtaining guest autographs or selfies. Some attractions also have an additional cost.
For event entry on the day we will have a card machine available to use.
Some exhibitors may have card machines but we would suggest bringing cash just in case.
All autographs and selfies are CASH ONLY.
There is a cash machine within a 10 minute walk away at the local Morrison’s Daily (Oakfield – DL5 7AT)
