Q: Can I just chat to the guests?

Of course, you can take some time to chat with guests. There is no requirement to purchase either autographs or selfies.

Q: Are the guest meets and activities included in the entry ticket?

Your entry ticket gives you access to the event venue where you can meet our special guests, browse trade stalls and attractions. You can meet and chat to the guests for free but if you want an autograph or selfie this is at an additional cost. Some attractions are included in the event ticket but others will require a small additional charge.

Q: At the event can I pay by debit/credit card or is it cash only?

For event entry on the day we will have a card machine available to use. Some exhibitors may have card machines but we would suggest bringing cash just in case. All autographs and selfies are CASH ONLY. There is a cash machine within a 10 minute walk away at the local Morrison's Daily (Oakfield - DL5 7AT)

Q: Can I choose a printable ticket?

When you get to the cart stage of the purchase you can choose the ticket type to be either e-ticket or a printable version. The default is set to e-ticket.

Q: My tickets have not arrived into my inbox. What can I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder for the email first and if it is still not there please contact us. Before we re-send we would ask you to add the email address admin @cutefox.co.uk as a safe sender to your email application.

Q: Can I get food and drink at the venue?

Yes there are a food and beverage outlets at the venues we use. Of course you can also bring your own food and drink.

Q: Is photography allowed?

You are more than welcome to take photos but we advise you to ask permission before taking photos. If you wish to apply for a press pass please get in touch using our contact form,

Q: What does my entry ticket cover?

Your entry ticket covers your access to the event venue where the guests, traders and activities are, and to the Q&A panels room (venue dependent). It does not cover obtaining guest autographs or selfies. Some attractions also have an additional cost.
